It is very important that we have a current working phone number for the recipient of your gift. We do not call prior to leaving the studio, therefore spoiling the surprise, but if we arrive at the residence and no one answers the door, we need to be able to call them to let them know we are there and to obtain instructions from them (to leave at the door, leave with a neighbor, schedule re-delivery, etc.) So PLEASE, make sure the phone number you provide is a number that we can reach them. (your phone number is not sufficient unless you are going to be there WITH the recipient)
If the address we are delivering to is a gated community and a code is needed, PLEASE PROVIDE ONE.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I ordered the premium size for an employee's tenth anniversary and it was a huge display, larger than I expected. She was thrilled to find it on her desk this morning. The arrangement was even more beautiful in person. The pink roses were substituted for purple at the florists discretion and they look stunning. Their are plenty of stargazers and blooms that I’m sure will continue to delight over the coming days. Thanks Susan
