It is very important that we have a current working phone number for the recipient of your gift. We do not call prior to leaving the studio, therefore spoiling the surprise, but if we arrive at the residence and no one answers the door, we need to be able to call them to let them know we are there and to obtain instructions from them (to leave at the door, leave with a neighbor, schedule re-delivery, etc.) So PLEASE, make sure the phone number you provide is a number that we can reach them. (your phone number is not sufficient unless you are going to be there WITH the recipient)

If the address we are delivering to is a gated community and a code is needed, PLEASE PROVIDE ONE.

I’m not even sure what to say. I placed an online order last week. I messed something up ( no surprises really) but Michelle the owner of Arcadia Flowers stayed in constant touch with me as we figured out my mess. Who does that? Especially these days??

But wait….it gets better. Not only did she stay in constant touch with me, but she did NOT blame me (even though it was clearly my fault) .while she spent countless hours emailing with me back and forth.

But wait….it gets better. When the flowers did arrive to my friend, she said the flowers are “stunning”. She said STUNNING!

After all the extra work I unintentionally put Arcadia Flowers through, they still delivered STUNNING flowers to my dear friend.
